Responsibilities
Changing locks
Move-out walk through inspections
Prioritizing budgets based on cost and value of repairs needed
Section 8 repairs
Diverse knowledge of (basic) home repairs
Additional field and administrative duties as assigned
Functional knowledge of technology (phone apps, computers, softwares)
Qualification
Required
Candidates must have a working vehicle (truck or SUV preferred) or reliable transportation
a valid driver's license
automobile insurance
be able to pass a criminal background screening
High school diploma, GED or active enrollment required
Good communication skills
Strong problem solving and multi-tasking skills
Preferred
Electrical and carpentry skills are a plus
