Area Sales Manager

They are seeking a passionate Solar Area Sales Manager to manage customer communications and expectations, generate project proposals, and exceed sales targets while building relationships with clients.

Responsibilities
Develop and nurture relationships with customers, establishing trust and credibility
Analyze client energy usage and determine the financial return on investment for solar solutions
Generate project proposals and quotes tailored to customer needs and preferences
Actively manage sales pipelines using our Company CRM system (Smartsheet)
Meet or exceed sales targets, contributing to the overall success of the sales team
Dedicated work ethic focused on meeting and exceeding goals
Desire to learn new skills, build knowledge, and to be a part of an experienced team
Manage customer communications, expectations, and follow-up
Execute against generated leads, while also developing referral sources
Demonstrate a strong understanding of our products and services
Qualification
Required
2 years of sales experience in solar or construction industry
Experience using CRM systems
Must have a valid drivers license and reliable transportation
