Responsibilities
Installing, maintaining, servicing, troubleshooting, and repairing various types of pumps and pump systems
Disassembling equipment for inspection
Replacing worn or damaged parts
Reassembling systems
Conducting operational testing to ensure efficient performance
Adhering to safety regulations
Maintaining accurate records of all work performed
Collaborating with team members and contractor partners to achieve operational goals
Qualification
Required
Thorough understanding of pump systems, hydraulics, and related components
Mechanical skills related to assembly, disassembly, installation, and maintenance of pumps
Ability to read and interpret blueprints, technical manuals, and equipment schematics
Experience in troubleshooting and diagnosing mechanical and operational issues
Proficiency in using hand tools, power tools, and diagnostic equipment
Strong commitment to safety standards and compliance with regulations
Good communication skills for interacting with team members and clients
High school diploma or equivalent
Preferred
Prior experience in pump systems or related mechanical fields
Additional technical certifications are an advantage
