Responsibilities
Installing, configuring, and troubleshooting automated production equipment
Setting up and maintaining Straight Shooter Feeders
Working with Keyence sensors (photoelectric, proximity, vision, etc.)
Operating and troubleshooting Inkjet Printers and CO₂ Laser marking systems
Installing, wiring, and troubleshooting Beckhoff I/O systems
Performing low‑voltage and panel wiring
Supporting basic vision systems
Troubleshooting PC‑based control systems and automation software
Using SQL databases for reporting, data collection, and system integration
Supporting industrial networking (Ethernet, device communication, diagnostics)
Developing or modifying applications in C# and VB (VB98)
Diagnosing system faults and reducing downtime
Collaborating with engineering, maintenance, and production teams
Maintaining documentation, wiring diagrams, and system updates
Following all safety and quality standards
Qualification
Required
