Responsibilities
Own strategic growth outcomes for B2C brands using Hilbert’s AI
Partner with founders, CMOs, and analytics leads to set clear goals and deliver real metric movement
Drive AI-native transformations: help companies rebuild how they grow using models, agents, and data-driven feedback loops
Translate raw data into crisp insights, prioritizations, and decisions
Embed Hilbert’s Growth engine across the company’s workflows and habits
Work directly with their AI/ML team to improve agents, modeling surfaces, prompts, and product logic
Capture wins in case studies, playbooks, and sharp write-ups that feed their learning flywheel
You’re not a vendor or tool presenter. You’re an embedded growth partner with AI superpowers
Qualification
Required
Driven or owned growth outcomes at startups, scaleups, or high-growth B2C companies
Deep understanding of full-stack growth: userbase dynamics, unit economics, experimentation, lifecycle strategy, budget deployment (across discounts, incentives, and paid channels), and advanced data science, combined with product intuition, analysis and financial modeling
Experience presenting to founders, CMOs, CFOs, and P&L owners and earning their trust fast
Comfort working across diverse teams, spanning product, marketing, data, and finance
Ability to translate messy goals and data into clear, high-velocity execution
High mathematical / logical intuition; you think in systems, not hacks
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mathematics, Data Science, Engineering, or a related field
Preferred
Worked on AI-powered growth systems
Built dashboards or analyses in Mixpanel, Amplitude, Looker or Tableau
Experience with modern data and activation stacks like dbt, Snowflake, BigQuery, Segment, or lifecycle platforms such as Braze, Klaviyo
Technical background (data science, engineering, or applied math)
