Responsibilities
Research and identify potential schools, colleges, NGOs, and community organizations for outreach
Support email communication and follow-ups with existing and new partners
Assist in planning and coordinating awareness sessions and seminars (online and offline)
Research and identify relevant government officials at state and departmental levels for partnerships, permissions, and collaboration
Support the admissions process by coordinating with prospective students
Maintain and update databases related to students, partners, and application stages
Assist with scheduling interviews, learning sessions, and other admissions-related activities
Conduct feedback sessions with students, partners, and stakeholders
Document insights and support improvements in systems and processes
Qualification
Required
Enjoys connecting with people and having meaningful conversations
Interested in education, community outreach, and social impact
Able to understand the 'why' behind initiatives and communicate it clearly
Organized, proactive, and comfortable with regular follow-ups
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, coordination-heavy role
Preferred
Knowledge of Kannada language is a plus
