Responsibilities
Serve as the reliable and responsive point of contact for clients via email, phone, and virtual meetings. Your clear communication and professionalism will foster trust and satisfaction
Interpret and address complex tax notices. Liaise with tax agencies to ensure timely and accurate resolution of inquiries
Partner with cross-functional teams to deliver insightful financial reports to senior leadership. Your analysis will inform strategic business decisions
Manage payroll operations with accuracy and discretion. Ensure timely and precise processing for employee compensation
Conduct quarterly and annual reviews of financial data. Identify discrepancies, recommend corrective actions, and uphold financial integrity
Oversee client accounts and payment schedules. Maintain accurate records to ensure smooth and efficient financial transactions
Qualification
Required
Proficient in English communication, both written and verbal, at a C1 level
Minimum of 2 years' experience in accounting or finance roles
Proficiency in QuickBooks is required
Solid understanding of accounting principles and best practices
Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Willingness to work full-time on Pacific Standard Time (graveyard shift in Philippine Time)
Own a laptop/desktop (8GB RAM, Core i5 or above) with 10 Mbps internet
Available to work in US time zones
Preferred
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (preferred but not required)
