Growth Lead
Pardon is seeking a Growth Lead to own the development of their marketing engine ecosystem. This role involves creating marketing plans for various initiatives and optimizing user acquisition strategies.

Responsibilities
Optimize and scale organic newsletter signups
Develop referral programs, quizzes, and lead magnets
Optimize content for SEO/Discoverability
Design and optimize reader/buyer journeys
Build email automations and segments
Analyze data to reduce churn and increase customer lifetime value (LTV)
Manage paid media (Meta, Youtube) campaigns
Qualification
Required
Mission Alignment with longevity and healthspan extension
Proven 'Full Funnel' experience in user acquisition and monetization
Comfortable managing $5k–$50k+ monthly spend on Meta
Deep proficiency in modern ESPs (Beehiiv/ConvertKit/CampaignMonitor), Analytics (GA4), and Ad Managers
Understanding of Growth metrics and commercial outcomes (CPA, ticket sales, bookings, purchases)
Must be proficient in AI tooling (Midjourney, ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Canva, Zapier/Make)
Remote position, preference for East Coast hours
