Responsibilities
Analyze time, motion, workflow, and production processes to establish standard rates and drive efficiency improvements
Interpret engineering drawings, schematics, and formulas to determine and uphold quality and reliability standards
Review logs, processing sheets, and specifications to ensure compliance with quality assurance requirements
Assist in planning work assignments based on worker performance, machine capacity, production schedules, and anticipated delays
Prepare charts, process maps, diagrams, and floor layouts to optimize material handling and machine utilization
Monitor equipment usage to ensure safe operation and compliance with quality standards
Evaluate worker task times using timing devices and assess fatigue rates
Analyze production data and generate reports to communicate deviations or validate adherence to standards
Qualification
Required
Strong creativity, analytical thinking, and problem‑solving skills
Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
Ability to create engineering drawings, sketches, and technical documentation
Strong capability to read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and reports
Experience with CAD tools and other engineering‑related software
Detail‑oriented, team‑player mindset
Bachelor's degree in Engineering
5–7 years of relevant industry experience
Preferred
Experience in capacity planning, supply chain planning, or Lean methodologies
Exposure to process improvement tools such as RCCA, VSM, or Six Sigma
Ability to collaborate with cross‑functional teams and suppliers
