Esencia-CPQ is a boutique CPQ consulting firm specializing in CPQ implementations and managed services. They are seeking a senior, consultative Account Executive to drive new business and foster long-term customer relationships, focusing on complex CPQ and RevOps challenges.

Responsibilities

Identify and qualify new CPQ-related opportunities, primarily centered on DealHub.io
Work with direct customers and ecosystem partners (including white-label scenarios)
Navigate complex buying groups and longer sales cycles
Build trust-based relationships with mid-market and enterprise stakeholders
Lead commercial discovery and requirements gathering
Understand pricing, quoting, approval, and sales-ops pain points
Translate customer needs into clearly defined engagement outlines
Act as the primary commercial point of contact throughout the customer lifecycle
Own customer relationships post-sale from a commercial perspective
Identify expansion opportunities as customer needs evolve
Partner closely with delivery leadership to ensure expectations remain aligned
Work closely with the Team on deal shaping, qualification, and final scoping
Maintain clean handoffs and documentation
Represent Esencia-CPQ professionally within the DealHub ecosystem

Qualification

Required

5+ years experience in B2B SaaS, CPQ, RevOps, or professional services sales
Familiarity with CPQ platforms such as DealHub, Salesforce CPQ, Conga, or similar
Experience selling consulting, implementations, or managed services
Strong discovery, communication, and stakeholder-management skills
Comfortable working in a lean, expert-driven environment
Familiarity with CPQ platforms such as Salesforce, HubSpot
