Work closely with clients to facilitate property transactions, including showings, negotiations, and closing deals
Build relationships with buyers, sellers, and investors
Analyze property market trends
Provide strategic guidance for property acquisitions and sales
Maintain a professional knowledge of real estate laws and ensure compliance throughout the buying and selling process
Qualification
Required
Active Real Estate License to practice within the state of Florida
Strong skills in Sales and Real Estate processes
Knowledge of Real Property and South Florida's real estate market dynamics
Exceptional Customer Service skills to build and maintain strong client relationships
Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational abilities
Ability to work independently in a remote environment
Reliable transportation and flexible availability to meet client schedules
Preferred
Experience with investment properties and familiarity with financial analysis
