New GradChef Training U.S. is a Miami-based real estate development and construction company seeking an entry-level Accounting & Administrative Trainee. The role involves supporting day-to-day administrative, accounting, and operational tasks while gaining practical exposure to the industry.

Responsibilities
Assist with organizing and maintaining accounting and financial records
Help review and organize bank transactions and supporting documentation
Prepare information and records for internal review and approval
Support basic bookkeeping and administrative tasks under supervision
Assist in preparing payment documentation and internal records
Track payment status and follow up internally once payments are issued
Organize invoices, receipts, and lien releases related to construction projects
Track and follow up on administrative tasks across projects (utilities setup, service accounts, forms, documentation, etc.)
Coordinate internally to ensure tasks are completed and properly documented
Serve as a support point for internal administrative requests, escalating questions when guidance or approval is required
Assist in tracking permits and approvals in coordination with the Executive Assistant
Maintain organized project documentation
Help prepare simple internal status updates
Maintain organized digital files and records
Learn internal systems, tools, and workflows used by the company
Support process improvement efforts as systems and procedures are developed
Qualification
Required
Recent graduate or early-career professional in accounting, finance, business administration, or a related field
Basic understanding of administrative or accounting concepts
Comfortable working with numbers and documentation
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Willingness to learn new systems, tools, and processes
Must be proficient in English and Spanish
Preferred
Organized, reliable, and detail-oriented
Eager to learn and take on responsibility gradually
Comfortable asking questions and receiving guidance
Able to manage multiple tasks and follow instructions
Interested in gaining hands-on experience in real estate development and construction
