Responsibilities
Operational Governance: Own end-to-end sourcing operations for DRAM, NAND, SSD, HDD commodities; manage financial workflows, rate cards, rebates, pricing processes, and tariff compliance
Contract Compliance: Monitor LTA adherence, prepayment burn-down schedules, allocation frameworks, and supplier commitments; escalate gaps proactively
Financial & Planning Forums: Act as point of contact for all CAPEX and financial asks in finance and planning-related forums; ensure timely alignment and approvals
Cross-Functional Coordination: Partner with Finance, Legal, Logistics, and Commodity Managers to align commercial terms, operational execution, and forecasting
Risk & Performance Management: Implement geo-diversification and multi-sourcing strategies; monitor supplier performance metrics and QBR analytics
Reporting & Analytics: Maintain dashboards for commodity health, prepayment status, and LTA compliance; deliver executive-ready summaries for leadership reviews
Qualification
Required
Master's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Materials Science, or related field AND 3+ years experience in procurement, supply chain, sourcing, engineering, operations, or relevant sales-related roles OR Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Materials Science, or related field AND 4+ years experience in procurement, supply chain, sourcing, engineering, operations, or relevant sales-related roles OR equivalent experience
Ability to meet Microsoft, customer and/or government security screening requirements are required for this role. These requirements include but are not limited to the following specialized security screenings: Microsoft Cloud Background Check: This position will be required to pass the Microsoft Cloud Background Check upon hire/transfer and every two years thereafter
Preferred
Experience with DRAM, NAND, SSD, and/or HDD supply chains, vendor processes, or qualification lifecycles
Familiarity with LTA/MOU frameworks, allocation models, and supplier performance/QBR analytics
Financial acumen: ability to partner with Finance on CAPEX asks, cost models, rebates, prepayment mechanics, and approval workflows
Knowledge of tariff compliance, trade rules, and global logistics constraints
Prior experience managing supplier dashboards, PSI signals, or commodity health analytics (aligned with CS4 dashboards referenced in Career Symposium - Sourcing Operations)
Ability to assess supplier capability, performance trends, and operational risk indicators
Program management experience driving process optimization, automation, or operational tooling improvements
Ability to work with Asia-based suppliers and factory operations; experience supporting time-zone–diverse teams
