Sunshine Ace Hardware is a family-owned business providing career opportunities since 1958. They are seeking a B2B Inside Sales Specialist to introduce their solutions to business customers, build relationships, and support the B2B sales process.

Responsibilities
You will introduce Sunshine Ace Hardware solutions, products, and services to business customers
Meet first-time and current business customers to build relationships and learn their needs
Generate new internal leads
Provide support to B2B Account Executive (outside sales)
Perform product research for unique and special orders
Establish sourcing of products from vendors
Monitor competition’s pricing, product assortment, services, fees and marketing efforts to ensure the store remains competitive
Empower and involve the entire store team in the B2B sales process
Qualification
Required
Experience selling in the business-to-business market
Comfortable contacting existing customers and qualified leads by phone and in person
Excellent communication skills
Exceptional organizational ability
High attention to detail
Ability to multitask
Preferred
Bilingual (Spanish) preferred but not required
