Responsibilities
Understand enterprise architecture (Services, ODM, Databases, UIs, BPM) and how components interact
Gather and document business/functional requirements, data flows, rules, and use cases
Define end-to-end solution architecture and data transformations
Support QA/UAT and assist with bug resolution; drive production issue investigations
Facilitate Scrum ceremonies; lead Sprint Planning and Backlog Refinement for Data Ingestion squads
Coordinate with business SMEs to validate requirements
Participate in AI-assisted projects to enhance processes and insights
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in a technical field or equivalent experience
Strong SQL skills; ability to analyze data for requirements
Familiarity with Agile processes and JIRA (or equivalent)
Excellent collaboration, organizational, and analytical abilities
Preferred
Experience with AI/automation projects is a plus
