Responsibilities
Design, develop, test, and maintain high-performance Python applications
Lead architecture and system design decisions for large-scale systems
Write clean, efficient, and reusable code following best practices
Optimize application performance, security, and scalability
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (product, QA, DevOps, data, frontend)
Mentor and review code for junior and mid-level developers
Manage and resolve complex technical issues and production incidents
Participate in requirement analysis, estimation, and technical planning
Qualification
Required
10+ years of hands-on experience in Python development
Strong expertise in Python frameworks (Django, Flask, FastAPI)
Solid understanding of OOP, design patterns, and data structures
Experience with RESTful APIs, microservices, and integrations
Strong knowledge of SQL and NoSQL databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, Redis)
Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
Proficiency with Git and CI/CD pipelines
Experience with Linux/Unix environments
Preferred
Experience in system architecture and large-scale distributed systems
Knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, and containerized deployments
Experience with message queues (RabbitMQ, Kafka)
Exposure to DevOps practices and monitoring tools
Prior experience in a technical lead or architect role
