Market Dominance: Proactively identify and secure new business within the Hyperscale and Tier 1 Mechanical Contractor segments
Strategic Acquisition: Drive new logo acquisition by navigating complex procurement cycles and positioning Titan as a mission-critical partner
Pipeline Engineering: Build a robust, high-value pipeline from scratch, moving from initial discovery to final AVL (Approved Vendor List) inclusion
High-Stakes Negotiation: Lead technical sales conversations, presenting precision-engineered solutions to stakeholders ranging from facility engineers to procurement executives
Go-To-Market Strategy: Identify underserved regional markets and develop targeted strategies to displace incumbents with Titan’s "Best-Value" offerings
Brand Ambassadorship: Represent Titan Cooling at key industry events (e.g., Data Center World, 7x24 Exchange) to build brand authority and generate high-intent leads
Data-Driven Growth: Utilize CRM tools to map complex accounts and provide accurate forecasting for our aggressive YoY growth targets
Qualification
Required
5+ years of high-performance business development experience
Proven track record of opening doors that others find locked and closing 'new logo' accounts that drive massive growth
Expertise in navigating complex procurement cycles
Proven strategy for getting products on Approved Vendor Lists
Deep-rooted connections with Tier 1 mechanical contractors
Ability to navigate complex, long-term sales cycles with poise and technical credibility
Self-motivated, results-oriented, and ready to contribute to rapid growth
Proficient in CRM and sales enablement tools, using data to drive territory strategy
Willingness to travel across the nation
