The Summer Analyst will be involved in all facets of HCW's investment banking activities, including supporting private capital raises, IPOs, public follow-ons, mergers and acquisitions, and other strategic transactions.

Responsibilities

Investment Banking Analysts will act as part of our investment banking team on a variety of engagements. They will be assigned a wide variety of projects and given as much responsibility as their experience and capabilities permit
Working directly throughout all phases of transaction advisory and execution
Preparing financial models and analytical support
Drafting situation analyses, pitch materials, information memoranda, and term sheets
Performing company, industry, market and competitor research and due diligence
Contributing to the development and communication of proposals and advice to current and prospective clients
Ensuring quality of client deliverables by having strong attention to detail

Required

Background in life sciences or finance preferred
Undergraduate rising seniors

Team player
