Responsibilities
Take on assignments with minimal guidance and effectively leverage diverse ideas, experiences, thoughts, and perspectives to the benefit of the organization
Develop customer communications using Quadient Inspire Designer, Interactive and ICM
Create communications that use Tickets in Quadient Interactive to guide the user experience and customize output
Utilize agile development methodologies and Test-Driven Development (TDD)
Implement service-oriented architecture (SOA) patterns; work with web service technologies such as APIs, REST, JSON, SOAP, XML, JDBC, MySQL
Conduct unit, interface and end user testing concepts and tooling (functional & non-functional)
Engage in automated testing and ensure accessibility awareness
Apply software security skills including secure coding, web application security and DevSecOps; solid grasp of security concepts (authentication, authorization, encryption, digital signature, JWT), SSL, web service proxies, firewall, SAML 2.0, OpenID Connect, OAuth 2.0
Utilize Dev Ops Tools & Practices: Branching techniques and usage of GitHub, Bitbucket or Subversion; DevOps, Jenkins
Monitor and log techniques throughout the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
Qualification
Required
Bachelor of Computer Science or Engineering or equivalent experience in related fields
Ability to take on assignments with minimal guidance and effectively leverage diverse ideas, experiences, thoughts, and perspectives to the benefit of the organization
Experience with agile development methodologies and Test-Driven Development (TDD)
Knowledge of business concepts, tools and processes that are needed for making sound decisions in the context of the company's business
Ability to learn new skills and knowledge on an on-going basis through self-initiative and tackling challenges
Excellent problem solving, communication and collaboration skills
3 or more years hands-on experience
At least 3 years hands on experience in Quadient Inspire Designer, Interactive and ICM developing customer communications
Creating communications that use Tickets in Quadient Interactive to guide the user experience and customize output
Preferred
Quadient Inspire Designer and Interactive certification
Creating communications that use Tickets in Quadient Interactive to guide the user experience and customize output
Content rationalization Concepts
ADA document compliance
Design Thinking
Financial/Insurance industry experience is a plus, not a must
