They are seeking an Associate in Global Marketing for Brand Activations to support collaboration and holiday programs, manage budgets, and coordinate cross-functional meetings.

Responsibilities

Work closely with Directors, on development and execution of collaborations and holiday programs, in support of the Executive Director and Senior Vice President's strategy
Attend weekly development meetings to gain better understanding of product, packaging, and design. Maintain and update meeting notes to track programs
Participate in cross functional brainstorming and development sessions to continuously evolve programs and storytelling in order to continue to innovate and raise the bar
Assist Director in facilitation of all collaboration needs, including weekly reach out calls, paperwork for legal, various presentation needs to solicit partners, concept briefs for partners, and managing partnership budget/issuing POs
Manage holiday and collaboration comp process and photography budget
Monitor the tooling budget
Plan for, identify, and execute all required comps for turnover to Creative, Merchandising, and markets. This includes initiating the request to the outside vendor, monitoring status, getting estimates, approving costs that are within budget guidelines, and identifying opportunities to reduce spend
Create and maintain program offering documents for all programs. Issue updates to all groups ensuring all support groups have the correct up to date information
Prepare and issue turnover lists for creative photography. Prepare each mix, along with the line list, for the creative team to use as a guideline for our photography
Coordinate regional meeting needs. This includes the creation of the list of requirements, issuing to creative, and tracking all elements are turned over on time. Manage the presentation and coordinate between teams to make all updates needed
Create competitive analysis each season to assist in development of future seasons
Maintain product inventory needs and the no⁃charge budget
Assist in meeting set ups for all senior management meetings

Required

Position requires 2+ years of related work experience and College Degree
Must be detailed oriented
Must possess creative, analytical, communications and organizational skills
Proficient in Microsoft Applications: Word, Excel and PowerPoint. CPMS, IBM, AS 400, IPS, IMW, and NPD to be learned
Should be a self-starter and have a keen ability to work on multiple projects with multiple individuals
Must be an excellent team player with the ability to build, foster and nurture relationships with members of cross-functional teams
Appreciation for a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
Must have the potential to assume increased responsibility
