Responsibilities

Generate new leads through cold calling, outbound outreach, email campaigns, and LinkedIn prospecting
Qualify inbound and outbound leads, identifying potential opportunities for the sales team
Support development of new accounts within industrial and manufacturing sectors
Conduct market research to identify new prospects and industry opportunities
Schedule discovery calls, product presentations, and meetings for the Sales Executives
Maintain consistent follow-up with prospects to increase conversion rates
Keep CRM (Salesforce or similar) updated with all lead interactions and pipeline activity
Collaborate with Sales Executives to support territory and account development
Participate in trade shows, networking events, and other industry activities as needed
Prepare basic quotations and sales documentation when required

Required

Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Life Sciences, or related field
Proven success in cold calling, lead generation, and prospecting
Strong communication skills and a high level of confidence on the phone
Experience using CRM systems such as Salesforce
Organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple leads simultaneously
Analytical mindset with interest in technical/industrial products
Self-motivated, resilient, and driven by targets and performance

Preferred

1+ year of experience in B2B sales, business development, inside sales, or BDR/SDR roles (industrial or technical sectors preferred)
