Advisor Engagement Specialist
Vicus Capital is an innovative investment management firm with a mission to redefine the support for financial advisors. They are seeking an Advisor Engagement Specialist to build and maintain relationships with financial advisors, articulate the firm's value proposition, and promote investment strategies and services.

Responsibilities
Build, grow, and maintain new and existing advisor relationships
Articulate the firm’s value proposition
Promote the firm’s suite of investment strategies and services
Thorough understanding of the investment management industry for effective promotion of the firm and its solutions
Identify and assess sales opportunities
Contribute to the development and execution of sales strategies
Drive sales growth
Schedule, conduct, and follow up on sales meetings (video, phone, or in-person)
Assist advisors in the sales process with end investors as needed
Promote marketing initiatives
Enhance brand visibility
Document activities in CRM
Perform trend analysis of sales activity data
Identify workflow/system improvements and work to enact changes
Work closely with the Director of Advisor Engagement and other team members to provide world class service to our advisors throughout the country
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree
1 – 3 years of sales experience
Financial services/investment management industry experience a plus
Must be highly motivated, relationship-oriented, as well as an organized self-starter who can develop and execute successful business plan
Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel
Extreme attention to detail and an ability to multi-task
A high degree of professionalism
