Responsibilities
Own end-to-end analysis and system design for wealth management online solutions and credit card team projects
Engage with stakeholders across Product, Engineering, and Compliance to align business goals with technical feasibility
Translate complex business needs into robust system requirements, functional specs, and detailed process flows
Support technical teams during build and test phases with clarification, validation, and guidance
Collaborate across Agile squads to ensure timely and high-quality delivery
Identify gaps and recommend improvements
Qualification
Required
5+ years of Business Systems Analysis experience
API experience (SOAP/REST, Postman, Swagger) and SQL skills
Experience supporting credit card applications
Financial services experience and preferably portal or online capabilities
Proven ability to drive projects forward and take ownership in ambiguous environments
Skilled in technical documentation, data flows, data mapping and systems integration
Hands-on experience with tools like Jira, Confluence, Visio, and SQL
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
Preferred
Familiarity with Agile methodologies (Scrum or SAFe preferred)
