Qualification
Required
Proficiency in Maintenance and Repair tasks, including regular servicing and addressing mechanical and electrical issues within entrance systems
Strong Troubleshooting skills with the ability to efficiently diagnose and resolve technical issues
Experience in Field Service operations, including working independently at client sites
Effective Customer Service skills with the ability to communicate professionally and provide a positive client experience
Understanding of safety standards and compliance in maintenance and repair work
Valid driver's license and ability to travel locally for on-site services
High school diploma or equivalent; additional technical certifications or training in related fields is a plus
