Responsibilities

Drive sales growth for access, scaffolding, forming & shoring, and specialized industrial services by independently managing and expanding a portfolio of client accounts
Solve complex customer problems on maintenance, refurbishment, and new construction projects with innovative solutions
Lead and contribute to strategic sales projects, ensuring objectives and timelines are met
Serve as a resource and mentor for colleagues, providing guidance on industry-specific sales best practices
Utilize advanced knowledge of the industrial services and access market to shape strategy
Lead small-scale projects with manageable risk, coordinating resources for successful execution
Analyze multiple information sources to make sound judgments and solve complex challenges
Communicate technical and commercial information effectively to clients and internal stakeholders to build consensus
Impact operational and service activities within the sales team and related departments

Required

Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
Minimum of 5+ years of experience in outside sales/business development, with a proven track record in the industrial services, construction, scaffolding, forming/shoring, or a closely related sector
In-depth knowledge of the sales process within industrial or construction services and the ability to develop strategic account plans
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Experience leading projects or teams and managing resources effectively
Strong understanding of market dynamics and the competitive landscape for industrial access and services
Analytical mindset with the ability to make data-driven decisions
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and take initiative
Proficiency with CRM systems and the Microsoft Office Suite
