Responsibilities
Serve as the Client Leader for B&N Architecture in Virginia
Create, foster, and maintain client relationships
Take the primary lead for marketing, business development, proposal preparation, interviews, and presentations with support from B&N Marketing and Communications team
Manage and mentor staff
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and thrive in a fast-paced environment
Monitor performance indicators, budgets, schedules, and manage risk
Actively lead and participate in project delivery to create exemplary client experience
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in architecture required from an NAAB accredited program
Registered Architect in Virginia with a NCARB certificate or ability to obtain through reciprocity
Twelve or more years of related experience
Strong client relationship building experience
Excellent communication skills and detail oriented
Self-motivated and adaptable
