Responsibilities

Research, design, develop, simulate, and/or validate systems-level software, hardware, architecture, algorithms, and solutions
Define and implement WLAN hardware and software algorithms to achieve optimal performance
Work independently to define new features and take them from concept to production
Specify system architectures and lead engineering efforts across functional teams
Engage directly with customers and contribute to standards activities

Required

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field and 6+ years of Systems Engineering or related work experience
Master's degree in Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field and 5+ years of Systems Engineering or related work experience
PhD in Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field and 4+ years of Systems Engineering or related work experience

Preferred

PhD in Electrical Engineering
Familiarity with wireless standards such as IEEE 802.11, Bluetooth, LTE, and UWB
Knowledge about RF/ PHY/MAC design and coexistence algorithms and protocols
Experience in commercialization of mobile WLAN technology
