They are seeking a Supply Chain Receiving & Distribution Tech who will assist with data updates, inspect deliveries, and maintain accurate records of replenishment and receiving processes.

Responsibilities

Other duties as assigned

Assists with updating data associated with product conversions, and participates in the design or maintenance of par location item layout. Inspects and accepts deliveries, ensuring products match packing slips and identifying delivery locations

Completes replenishment, picking, and receiving processes in the computer to maintain accurate records

Tags capital equipment upon receipt and communicates necessary information to purchasing

Resolves invoice discrepancies related to purchase orders and prepares items for return

Qualification

Supply chain experienceBasic math skillsComputer skillsAttention to detailEffective communication

Required

Possesses basic math skills

Pays attention to detail

Communicates clearly and effectively in English. Can communicate directly with delivery drivers and clinicians

Has computer skills, including Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook

Can identify, sort and count accurately

High School Grad or Equiv

1+ year of related work experience in supply chain or customer service setting
