Responsibilities
Partner with Flight Operations leaders to understand pain points, map current processes, and co-create future state workflows
Lead stakeholder discovery, interviews, and journey mapping sessions to identify high-value opportunities
Write clear product pitches defining problems, proposed solutions, scope boundaries, appetite (time/resources), risks, tradeoffs, and success metrics
Collaborate with engineering to validate technical feasibility, assess effort, and surface risks early
Define measurable outcomes for each initiative including KPIs, success criteria, and operational/financial impact
Set constraints that enable creative problem-solving without over-engineering
Own post-launch measurement, report outcomes to stakeholders, and iterate based on real-world impact
Build and maintain product roadmaps communicating priorities, sequencing, and long-term vision
Balance business needs with technical realities in decision-making
Mentor and guide other product managers on discovery, shaping, and outcome-driven delivery
Qualification
Required
7+ years of product management experience with modern development methodologies
Aviation operations software experience (scheduling systems, maintenance platforms, or service booking solutions)
Proven discovery and research skills including stakeholder interviews, journey mapping, and process analysis
Strong technical foundation with ability to collaborate on API integrations, backend services, computational/optimization algorithms, and modern frontend technologies (e.g., React, responsive design)
Demonstrated metrics-driven approach with ability to define success criteria and measure business impact
Extensive experience shaping work—framing problems, setting scope constraints, and working iteratively
Excellent stakeholder management and influence skills across all organizational levels, including executives
