Ensuring all employees on the sales floor are meeting productivity requirements
Following policies & procedures
Prioritizing customers/consignors
Ensuring items are being stocked in a timely manner
Resetting sales floor displays
Creating attractive displays for shoppers
Keeping the sales floor clean & organized
Responsible for other areas in the absence of another Supervisor and/or the General Manager
Qualification
Required
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Ability to train and motivate sales associates
Ability to prioritize and delegate work to meet all Stuff Etc guidelines and achieve company goals
Must be able to lift 50lbs
Must be able to stand on their feet for the duration of their shift
Must have a valid driver's license
Must have reliable transportation
2 years of supervisor experience
