Responsibilities

Plan, launch, and optimize paid media campaigns across Meta (Facebook & Instagram), TikTok, Google, and YouTube
Manage and scale ad accounts with a strong focus on performance (ROAS, CPA, CAC, LTV)
Collaborate with creatives to test ad copy, hooks, and creative angles
Analyze performance data and translate insights into clear optimizations
Build reports and communicate results, learnings, and next steps
Stay current on platform updates, trends, and best practices in paid media
Create/Direct image & video assets for ad creative (with content from clients and/or in-house content team)

Required

4+ years of hands-on experience managing paid media campaigns
Proven ability to scale spend profitably
Strong analytical mindset with a love for testing and iteration

eCommerce and lead gen experience

Agency experience preferred (but not required)
