This position requires an experienced IAM-focused leader to drive delivery across authentication and identity platforms while managing stakeholder communications and Agile product backlogs.

Responsibilities
Lead stakeholder workshops to elicit and document clear, testable acceptance criteria and business requirements; maintain traceability in Jira
Act as primary liaison to the MIAM development team, aligning business objectives with technical capabilities and delivery plans
Own and prioritize the Agile product backlog with well‑formed API and UX user stories, ensuring at least two sprints of refined work ready for execution
Serve as proxy Scrum lead when needed; drive sprint planning, backlog refinement, demos, and retrospectives; review and accept/decline deliverables against acceptance criteria
Ensure the Identity & Authentication platform meets compliance, regulatory, and security standards; monitor performance metrics and user feedback to drive improvements, reduce latency, and enhance satisfaction
Proactively manage risks, dependencies, and technical debt; communicate timelines, updates, and blockers; coordinate change readiness and adoption metrics with business owners
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Systems, Cybersecurity, or a related field
8–10 years of experience in IAM, API/UX story writing, Agile delivery, or technical product/requirements management
Strong IAM domain expertise—specifically authentication, identity lifecycle processes, and understanding of compliance/security standards
Proven ability to manage and prioritize a technical Agile backlog using tools like Jira, with experience defining clear, testable acceptance criteria for API and UX stories
