Responsibilities
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements for various projects
Develop detailed documentation for processes, systems, and technical requirements
Coordinate project tasks and ensure timely delivery of project milestones
Partner with architecture teams to support data integration and system changes
Facilitate Agile workflows, including story writing and toolset management
Engage with third-party vendors to ensure integration and project alignment
Conduct gap analysis to identify areas for improvement in workflows and systems
Support the implementation of software solutions by overseeing design and development phases
Communicate effectively with internal teams and stakeholders to ensure project objectives are met
Provide insights and recommendations for optimizing business processes and enterprise systems
Qualification
Required
Minimum of 5 years of experience in business analysis, including supporting workflow or enterprise applications
Proficiency in Agile methodologies and tools, with experience in story writing and workflow creation
Strong skills in requirements gathering, stakeholder collaboration, and documentation
Familiarity with API management and data integration processes
Experience working with financial institutions, including knowledge of annuities or similar products
Ability to work with third-party vendors and coordinate integration efforts
Proficiency in tools such as Word, Excel, Visio, and Outlook
Bachelor's degree in a related field or an equivalent combination of education and experience
