Regional Operations Administrator (Bilingual)

Yardnique, Inc. is seeking a Regional Operations Administrator who will provide day-to-day administrative, operational, and logistical support to branch and district leadership. This role is critical in ensuring smooth office operations and supporting project and financial workflows while creating positive experiences for employees, clients, and vendors.

Responsibilities

Create an amazing first impression of Yard-Nique with professional and friendly greeting to all clients, visitors, and employees in-person, over the phone, and through email correspondence
Answer main office phone, screen, and distribute messages and inquiries to appropriate employees
Perform daily administrative tasks to ensure smooth office operations, including monitoring and coordinating the on-going maintenance of all office equipment, phone system and other information technology systems
Manage mail and package preparation, delivery, and pickup
Maintain office organization, cleanliness, and supply inventory; manage ordering and distribution of office and company supplies
Assist with uniform inventory, ordering, and vendor coordination
Execute and help support administrative processes for new customers and new opportunities, ensuring consistency across the organization
Provide administrative support to managers to enhance project efficiency and effectiveness
Manage and upload operational documentation into Aspire, including reports for team and customer portal visibility
Assist with customer portal access
Partner with Accounting & Finance to support billing processes, invoice distribution, and customer inquiries
Manage credit card payments if applicable
Maintain positive working relationships with clients, vendors, subcontractors, and team members
Coordinate Certificate of Insurance (COI) requests, distribution, uploading, and tracking.Act as liaison between the main office, field managers, branch teams, and corporate partners
Communicate proactively across branches, districts, and trades to prevent delays, rework, or client confusion
Less than 5% travel is expected in this position
Other administrative duties, as assigned

Required

Minimum of 3 years of experience in an administrative, operations, or related role
Bilingual in English and Spanish required
Strong organizational, time management, and multitasking skills
Detail-oriented, proactive, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment
Strong customer service orientation with a positive, 'can-do' attitude
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
Ability to work independently and collaboratively across teams
