Build the health literacy capability in those caring for people with chronic and complex conditions
Work with clinicians in acute, community, general practice, mental health and Aboriginal services
Enable people, their families and carers to obtain, understand, interpret and have confidence to use health information and services
Qualification
Required
Must be an Australian citizen or permanent resident, or be able to independently, legally live and work in Australia
Ability to build health literacy capability in those caring for people with chronic and complex conditions
Experience working with clinicians in acute, community, general practice, mental health, and Aboriginal services
Willingness to travel across the Northern NSW Local Health District sites
