Overseeing the end-to-end accounts payable process for the entire organization
Ensuring timely and accurate payments to vendors
Compliance with regulatory standards
Effective internal controls
Leading a team of Accounts Payable specialists
Supporting process improvement initiatives
Collaborating with various departments to maintain financial integrity and operational efficiency
Overseeing month-end and year-end close for accounts payable
Reporting
Evaluating and implementing automation and technology solutions
Presenting reports to senior leadership on performance
Participating in audits
Qualification
Required
7+ years of experience working within Accounts Payable
3 years of experience in a healthcare setting
5 years of experience working in management
Bachelor's in accounting, finance, or business
Strong experience working with Excel- pivot tables, vlookups, xlookups, formulas, if then statements, reconciliations
Preferred
Infor NetSuite experience or ERP experience
CPA
Master's degree
