Responsibilities
Drive Technical Delivery: Own the execution for multiple workstreams, translating ambitious customer goals into clear milestones and technical roadmaps
Bridge the Gap: Act as the primary technical link between the customer, the Sales team, and the Product/Engineering internal teams
Architect Processes: Define the workflows, tools, and deployment processes that will allow our delivery model to scale as the company grows
Commercial Strategy: Identify upsell opportunities and help qualify new engagements by grounding sales conversations in technical feasibility
Build the Product: Be the "eyes and ears" on the ground, feeding customer insights back to the core engineering team to influence the product roadmap
Qualification
Required
4+ years of experience in a role that balances technical implementation with project/program management (e.g., FDE, Solutions Architect, Technical Lead, or Implementation Engineer)
You are as comfortable in a deep technical architecture discussion as you are in a high-level executive sales meeting
You have a proven track record of unblocking complex technical hurdles and delivering value in enterprise environments
You are excited by the prospect of being in-person in San Francisco, working alongside a brilliant 12-person team to build the future of AI
