5+ years expVarmoda Tech is seeking an AlloCAP™ Systems & Data Architect responsible for the technical configuration, optimization, and ongoing maintenance of the AlloCAP™ cost allocation system. This role ensures accurate reflection of CAP methodologies and effective integration with DOM administrative systems.

Responsibilities
Update and maintain AlloCAPTM configurations to align with approved CAP narratives and allocation methodologies
Perform system updates to support changes in state administrative systems, including MAGIC, SPAHRS, Workday, and other financial or HR platforms
Optimize AlloCAPTM system performance to improve usability, data validation, and issue identification
Review and optimize database schemas, tables, and queries following CAP updates
Support cost allocation calculations, reconciliations, and validation activities
Maintain technical documentation and system configuration records
Collaborate with the Lead Consultant to ensure technical alignment with CAP methodologies
Qualification
Required
Minimum 5+ years of experience supporting Medicaid or government cost allocation systems
Demonstrated experience configuring and maintaining AlloCAPTM software
Strong background in database engineering, data management, and system integration
Experience supporting financial and HR data integrations within public sector environments
Preferred
Experience supporting statewide financial systems or large-scale government administrative platforms
Familiarity with Medicaid financial reporting and audit support
