Responsibilities
Lead budgeting, forecasting, and long‑range planning for operations and supply chain functions
Analyze cost drivers, variances, and operational KPIs to identify risks and opportunities
Develop financial models to support scenario planning, capacity decisions, and investment cases
Own cost‑of‑goods‑sold (COGS) analysis, including material, labor, overhead, and logistics costs
Partner with procurement and operations teams to track savings initiatives and validate benefits
Drive continuous improvement by identifying inefficiencies and recommending corrective actions
Oversee inventory valuation, ageing, and working capital performance
Support S&OP processes with financial insights on demand, supply, and capacity
Evaluate make‑versus‑buy decisions, supplier negotiations, and contract structures
Act as the primary finance partner to operations, manufacturing, and supply chain leadership
Present financial insights to senior management, translating data into actionable recommendations
Collaborate cross‑functionally to ensure alignment between financial goals and operational execution
Ensure accurate and timely reporting of operational financials
Strengthen internal controls across supply chain processes
Support audits, compliance reviews, and policy adherence
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Supply Chain, or related field
Proven experience in operations finance, supply chain finance, manufacturing finance, or FP&A
Strong analytical skills with advanced Excel and financial modelling capability
Ability to influence non‑finance stakeholders and communicate complex information clearly
Experience partnering in a global, matrixed organization
Preferred
professional certification (CIMA, ACCA, CPA)
experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, etc.)
