Responsibilities
Lead the development and oversee the execution of the annual financial planning processes, including budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning
Develop financial models to support business decisions, scenario analysis, and long-term forecasting
Proactively conduct in-depth analyses to identify trends, risks, and opportunities, and provide actionable recommendations to support decision making
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual reports, including variance analysis and financial performance metrics
Identify opportunities to improve financial processes, systems, and reporting to enhance accuracy and efficiency
Implement best practices in financial planning and analysis, leveraging technology and automation where applicable
Partner with leadership to establish financial targets and KPIs and provide financial insights and support business planning and decision making
Serve as a key financial adviser to leaders, offering guidance on cost management, resource allocation, and investment strategies
Communicate financial results, forecasts, and key insights to senior leaders and other stakeholders
Qualification
Required
Degree in Finance, Accounting, MBA and/or CPA preferred
7-10 years of experience
Advanced Excel skills associated with large volumes of data, data management, and reporting
Presentation skills with senior management
Excellent written and verbal communication
Excellent organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks
Experience using the following systems: SAP, CPM, OneStream, Business Warehouse, and Tableau
