Responsibilities
Lead and maintain IT infrastructure, systems, and security
Manage Microsoft environments (Windows Server, Azure, Office 365)
Administer and optimize SQL Server (on-prem and cloud)
Support network systems, IP phones, and production-floor technology
Partner with operations to improve efficiency, uptime, and automation
Provide on-call support across multiple shifts (including some weekends)
Troubleshoot hardware, software, printers, and production equipment
Own backup, disaster recovery, and business continuity processes
Manage vendors, contracts, and service performance
Lead, mentor, and support IT staff
Qualification
Required
7+ years of IT experience, including 3+ years in leadership
Strong SQL skills (required)
Experience with Microsoft systems; Azure Cloud preferred
Comfortable balancing leadership with hands-on technical work
Experience in manufacturing or production environments
Strong problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills
Ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment
Preferred
Bilingual skills are a plus
