Responsibilities
Support the delivery of financial reporting and BI-based insights, including the preparation and maintenance of dashboards, reports, and standard workflows
Contribute to integrated corporate planning and regular forecasting cycles, collaborating with business units and validate analyzed inputs
Prepare financial analyses, presentations, and basic business cases to support management decisions and special projects
Respond to ad-hoc performance and reporting-related requests under guidance from senior team members
Leverage modern analytics and AI-enabled tools to improve efficiency in reporting, analysis, and forecasting processes
Ensure data quality, consistency, and transparency across reports, planning models, and systems
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Business Informatics, Data Science, Business Administration, Finance or a comparable field, or equivalent combination of education and experience
Minimum of 3 years of experience in an analytical or controlling role with responsibility for BI or Data Analytics projects, ideally in a SaaS environment
Solid experience with Power BI or comparable BI tools; initial experience with AI/ML approaches is a plus
Strong analytical skills, a structured working style and the ability to translate complex data into clear actionable insights
A proactive, solution-oriented attitude and a strong team player mindset
