Responsibilities
Build the foundation for a successful sales career at Insight Global
Learn about staffing and services and how to sell them to clients
Review resumes from internal database and online job boards
Conduct phone interviews and prepare candidates to meet hiring managers
Negotiate job offers to get candidates hired
Research and target organizations in need of staffing services
Make connections through networking and cold calls
Run in-person meetings and lunches to understand hiring goals
Gather job requirements and work with the Recruiting team to find candidates
Identify top talent and pair candidates with jobs
Work closely with consultants to guarantee a world-class experience
Qualification
Required
