Verigent is seeking skilled Cable Technicians to join our team at a data center in Aiken, SC. This is a contract-to-hire opportunity for technicians with hands-on experience in structured cabling within data center environments.

Staffing & Recruiting

Responsibilities

Terminate RJ-45 connectors and modular jacks
Test and troubleshoot CAT cabling to ensure performance and compliance
Perform cabling work in accordance with data center standards and safety requirements
Maintain quality and accuracy in all installations

Qualification

RJ-45 terminationCAT5/CAT6 testingData center experienceFollow technical specificationsAttention to detail

Required

Proven experience terminating RJ-45 and modular jacks
Experience testing CAT5/CAT6 cables
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow technical specifications

Preferred

Data center experience preferred
