Responsibilities
Lead technical onboarding and implementation of CallRail's Voice Assist product
Troubleshoot Voice Assist related customer issues
Ensure customer satisfaction and success with CallRail's AI Voice Agent
Drive adoption and retention by articulating the value of the Voice Assist product
Partner with account executives to tailor solutions that align with business goals
Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to provide feedback
Qualification
Required
3–5 years of experience in a Sales Engineering, Solutions Engineering, Technical Implementation, or Customer Success role
Hands-on experience with APIs, CRMs, automation tools, and SaaS architecture
Experience or deep interest in AI/ML technologies and prompt engineering
Excellent communication skills
Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent projects
Preferred
Background in AI, NLP, or data analytics solutions
Experience in the martech or call analytics industry
Experience working with or selling to digital marketing agencies
Familiarity with CRM systems like Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar tools
