Mid, Senior LevelEmployvision Inc. is seeking an experienced Infrastructure Project Manager to lead and deliver critical IT infrastructure projects. This role involves managing complex initiatives such as data center migrations, network upgrades, cloud implementations, and hardware refreshes, ensuring projects are completed on time, within scope, and budget.

Responsibilities
Develop and manage detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets
Coordinate cross-functional teams and external vendors to ensure successful execution
Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies
Communicate project status and updates to stakeholders and leadership
Ensure compliance with organizational policies, security standards, and regulatory requirements
Oversee testing phases and quality assurance processes
Conduct post-project evaluations and document lessons learned
Qualification
Required
Cloud Migration experience
Citrix upgradation is required
Strong stakeholder management experience needed
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
Proven track record managing large-scale infrastructure projects
Familiarity with IT systems, networks, cloud platforms, and data center operations
Strong leadership and communication abilities
Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Planview, Smartsheet, MS Project)
Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills
Preferred
Azure cloud experience
Familiarity with security tools
Certifications are preferred - not a must to have
Healthcare is a preferred - not a must to have
Certifications: PMP, ITIL, or PRINCE2 preferred
Experience with Agile and Waterfall methodologies
Vendor management and contract negotiation
Knowledge of compliance and security standards
