US Summer Intern

Responsibilities
Assist in market research and competitive analysis for fusion and HTS technology opportunities
Help prepare strategic business cases, presentations, and pitch materials to support partnerships with industry, investors, and research institutions
Support identification of growth sectors and potential customers for fusion-related commercial offerings
Research U.S. federal and state energy policy, fusion funding trends, and regulatory frameworks affecting advanced energy technologies
Track relevant legislative and DOE developments that could impact Tokamak Energy's U.S. strategy
Assist with preparation of briefing notes, policy summaries, and communications for government engagement
Support coordination with key stakeholders, including government agencies (especially DOE program teams), national laboratories, academic partners, and potential collaborators
Join team meetings and external events (virtual or in-person) to help document outcomes and follow-up actions
Draft internal reports summarizing findings on business opportunities and policy implications
Help prepare external communications (briefing packets, partner updates, and summary slides)
Qualification
Required
Motivated undergraduate or graduate student (business, public policy, economics, or related field)
Interests in Business Development in Clean Energy
