Responsibilities
Lead and manage the development of annual budgets, ensuring alignment with organizational goals
Design and implement efficient budget procedures to optimize resource allocation
Prepare comprehensive financial reports that provide insights for strategic decision-making
Conduct cash flow forecasting to support financial stability and long-term planning
Drive all aspects of financial planning and analysis, ensuring data-driven recommendations
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance financial processes and controls
Monitor and evaluate key performance indicators to assess financial health and opportunities
Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements
Continuously improve financial systems and tools for better operational efficiency
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
Proven experience in financial planning and analysis, including overseeing the entire FP& A process
Strong expertise in managing annual budgets and month-end close procedures
Proficiency in preparing detailed financial reports and conducting cash flow forecasts
Solid understanding of budget processes and resource optimization strategies
Ability to lead and improve financial systems and processes effectively
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a strategic mindset
Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with teams and stakeholders
Preferred
MBA/CPA highly preferred
Manufacturing industry experience is highly desirable but not mandatory
