Responsibilities

Developing and implementing QA processes and strategies to ensure product quality and compliance
Identifying and analyzing defects
Creating and performing test plans and test cases
Collaborating with cross-functional teams
Continuously improving testing procedures
Ensuring deliverables meet high-quality standards and align with project requirements

Qualification

Required

Experience with software testing, including manual testing and automated testing
Proficiency in creating and implementing QA processes and test strategies
Knowledge of bug tracking, defect analysis, and troubleshooting tools
Familiarity with software development lifecycle (SDLC), Agile methodologies, and test automation frameworks
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and collaboration abilities to work within cross-functional teams
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field

Preferred

Experience with financial systems or platforms is a plus
