Customer Service Specialist

Act as the primary contact for customers, coordinating field service activities
Intake, log, and manage customer service inquiries accurately
Deliver timely service estimates or job quotations
Track ongoing work orders and keep customers informed through updates
Utilize Microsoft CRM and ERP platforms to manage customer data and service workflows
Generate and maintain reports while managing multiple assignments
Qualification
Required
Experience with ERP or CRM platforms, particularly Navision
At least 1 year of experience in administration, clerical work, or customer support. - recent graduates welcome
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Experience in order processing and scheduling
Preferred
Knowledge of service administration and customer service practices
Ability to navigate Microsoft Dynamics and CRM systems
Experience with purchase orders, RMA, and project coordination
